LexisNexis Opens New CRM Training Centre in London
First United Kingdom Training Centre Accommodates Increasing Adoption of InterAction™
LONDON (UK), 1 August, 2006. LexisNexis announced today it will open a new training centre for InterAction™ users in London. The new London facility will hold InterAction 5.5 classes that provide comprehensive end-user training and bespoke training programmes to ensure successful implementation of InterAction and allow a growing number of organisations to maximise their investment in the software . The leading CRM solution for relationship-based organisations and professional services firms, InterAction helps professionals create the Relationship Intelligence they need to uncover new business opportunities and enhance client service.
In addition to holding courses in its London training facility, LexisNexis will offer onsite training at any location where InterAction is implemented. Through their Marketing, Train the Trainer and bespoke training and consultancy programmes LexisNexis will help firms analyse their training requirements and deliver on-site courses or hold classes in the new training facility.

InterAction 5.5 for Data Stewards and Marketing Users is the first scheduled training course and will take place at 1 Proctor Street, London, on September 26 - September 28, from 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. This three-day course is tailored to meet the needs of marketing personnel, data administrators, data quality specialists and other data stewards.
