Wiggin Select InterAction® as Preferred CRM Solution Displacing Elite Apex

LONDON, 24th October, 2008 — LexisNexis today announced that Wiggin, a boutique UK law firm specialising in Media Law, has selected InterAction® as its new CRM solution of choice replacing its existing Elite Apex solution.

Apex, Wiggin's previous CRM system had limited integration with Microsoft Outlook and their existing Elite practice management system (PMS), making it impractical for administration staff and fee earners who had to access a separate web-based interface to use the system. Additionally, the system lacked the ability to manage contact information across the firm, and did not provide the tools to monitor event management activity, particularly with regard to invitation response and event follow up activity.

The software selection team at Wiggin reviewed other CRM products on the market, including the latest system offered by their PMS vendor. Following extensive reviews it was concluded that InterAction was the CRM solution that would best meet their needs. With the implementation of InterAction across its two offices, the firm will be maximising the efficiency gains provided by sharing relationship data between core applications, contact management and improved targeting for new business, all via an intuitive and easy to use Outlook-based interface.
