LexisNexis InterAction® Penetrates the European Market with New Industry Sector Win
LONDON, 27th October, 2008 — Following a rigorous review of several other CRM systems, independent consultancy firm Verdonck, Klooster & Associates, based in the Netherlands, have selected LexisNexis InterAction® to provide a solution to their CRM database needs. The firm plans to integrate InterAction with their existing PMS to provide fully integrated workflow and knowledge management across the firm.
The deal further strengthens LexisNexis' position in the European market by adding to the growing continental client base, and represents a first for LexisNexis as Verdonck, Klooster & Associates are the first independent consultancy company within the public sector to adopt InterAction.
Working with LexisNexis partner, Morningstar Systems, VKA intend to roll out the product to approximately 100 professionals across the firm, enabling them to effectively manage relationships with existing clients whilst assisting them to leverage knowledge throughout the firm and manage relationships to identify and generate new business.
Joost Beukers, (managing director), from Verdonck, Klooster and Associates, identifies a key factor behind their decision to select InterAction over competitive products as being one of flexibility and integration. Going forward, Verdonck, Klooster & Associates plans to utilise InterAction as it's knowledge base to consolidate intelligence about clients, contacts and relationships across it's offices for successful business development and marketing, and crucially to provide centralised access to relationship intelligence to key groups of internal stakeholders.
