This Web-based course introduces the new InterAction Reminders feature. You will learn what Reminders are, how they work for your professionals and how to configure Reminders for your organization.

To participate in this Web-based training class, you must have access to an Internet browser and a telephone. Log-on details will be provided in a separate e-mail once we have confirmed your reservation.

To ensure the trainer can provide sufficient individual attention to every participant, each registration allows a single person a single connection to the course. If you wish to have additional people share a connection, please register each person individually.

Cancellation Policy
You may reschedule or cancel without penalty up to 10 business days prior to the course. If cancellation or rescheduling occurs within 10 business days of the first day of class, payment will be processed for the full price of the course. You may re-schedule for a future course subject to availability.
