This requires that each student PC meet certain hardware and software requirements to run an InterAction environment. This is recommended for the InterAction Application Administrators Course.

This requires that there be a dedicated server that meets specific hardware and software requirements to run the InterAction environment. Each student PC will also require certain hardware and software, but will be connecting to the environment on the dedicated InterAction server.

This onsite training solution provides accelerated education to application administrators, marketing users, and data stewards.

This three-day course provides information on using InterAction for marketing automation and maintaining the quality of the InterAction data.

  • Help desk personnel who will be supporting Marketing Users and Data Stewards who will use the InterAction Windows Client.
  • InterAction implementation leaders who want to learn about how Marketing Users and Data Stewards will use the InterAction Windows Client to manage data quality and perform marketing functions
